In the period of 22-26^th November 2009, the Youth of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia had its representative as part of the seminar NVO Fraktal. The seminar covered the topic "Beyond the Limits 2020 – predicting the safety and defensive challenges, possibilities and dilemmas on the Western Balkans.

The seminar took place in Belgrade, Serbia and Jordan Tasev was the representative of the Youth of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia.
