Ljube Dukoski

Lјube Dukoski was born on 14 March 1954 in Struga. His education was completed at the Royal College of Defence Studies in London Seaford House and MA at Kings College, London University. In the course of his career and has realized many specialized courses in the field of military capabilities, security and defense policy as well as courses for security and defense policy and planning at the European Center for Security Studies at George C. Marshall in Garmisch - Partenkirchen in Germany.

In his professional career is continuously involved in the construction and development of defense institutions. From 1992 to 1998 he was commander of the logistics battalion which is actively involved in the development of military ground tactical capabilities. In the period from 1998 to 2002 is included as a key expert in the planning process of national defense at the operational and strategic level. In the period from 2002 to 2006 he works as Deputy Military Representative and military adviser to NATO Iin Brussels. From 2006 to 2011 worked as Head of Policy Planning, and from then onwards and as Director for Policy, Planning and Financing in the Ministry of Defence.
Since 2012 he joins the activities of the Euro - Atlantic Council of Macedonia, first in preparation and then as a project director of one of the biggest projects of EACM "Sustained Emergency Relief - Regionally Developed Capacities" program supported by the NATO Science for Peace and Security.

From June 2014 is appointed as Vice president of Euro - Atlantic Council of Macedonia.
