The 27th Danish Atlantic Youth Seminar took place from 2-8 July 2012, traditionally in the Aalborg Airbase. In 7 days, the participants were able to listen to lectures from famous lecturers, discuss the issues from them and at the end, participate in the 2-day simulation, on the topic: The crisis in the South Caucasus.
From 4 to 6 June 2012, the President and the Secretary General of the YATA Macedonia, Ilija Djugumanov and Jordan Tasev attended the second 2BS Forum in Budva, Montenegro. The 2BS Forum was organized by the Atlantic Council of Montenegro.
In the spirit of the Atlanticism, as a precursor of one of the priority projects of the Youth of the Euro- Atlantic Council of Macedonia (YATA Macedonia) that will follow up in the future, on 27th and 29th of March 2012 two lectures and workshops were held for the high school students in the Republic of Macedonia, on the subject: ‘’Euro- Atlantic ideas and values, the integration of the Republic of Macedonia and its contributions towards the global security’’.
The Youth of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia on 18.01.2012 in the facilities of the University American College Skopje held its regular Annual Assembly.

The Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA) on June 17th - 20th held its first YATA Leadership and Management Seminar taking place in Brussels.
