Ismet Ramadani was born on 4 January 1954 in Skopje. His long and extensive career includes many personal and professional achievements in several sectors. His career, Mr. Ramadani started as professor of chemistry in high school "Zefljush Mark". Later he continued as director of the same school.
In 1990 began his political career as the founder of the Party for Democratic Prosperity (PDP). In 1990, Mr. Ramadani and began his parliamentary career, becoming the first term 1990 - 1994 Parliamentary career of Mr. Ramadani is 16 years, through four terms (1990-1994, 1994-1998, 1998 - 2002, 2002-2006). Throughout his parliamentary career, Mr. Ramadani participates in the work of many parliamentary commissions including: Commission for Defence and Security Commission and Commission for Interethnic relations in the first term, Vice-President of the Commission for Inter-ethnic relations in the second term, President of the Commission for Environment, Youth and sports in the third term and a member of the Constitutional Commission in fourth term. He is also a member of the parliamentary delegation of the Republic of Macedonia to the IPU from 1993 - 1998 and 2002 - the 2006th. In 2008, Mr. Ramadani is an advisor on inter-ethnic relations of the Mayor of the City of Skopje. From 2009 to 2014 Mr. Ramadni is a member of the Commission for pardon to the President of the Republic of Macedonia.
Along with his parliamentary career, Mr. Ramadani is an active member and contributes to the work of the Euro - Atlantic Council of Macedonia. Since 2009, he is vice president of EACM. He has significant contribution to all activities of EACM as domestic and international scene.
In June 2014, Mr. Ismet Ramadani was elected president of the Euro - Atlantic Council of Macedonia.
