As recognition of the professionalism, commitment and personal qualities as well, the President of YATA Macedonia, Mr. Ilija Djugumanov was attending the Crans Montana Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow from 29th of June, to July 1st 2016 in Vienna, after being suggested by the ATA Secretary General, Mr. Jason Wiseman

The Crans Montana Forum is an International Organization whose importance and prestige have been well-established since 1986. It is formally recognized by all the major International Organizations and works closely with them. The Crans Montana Forum works for the promotion of international cooperation and contributes to global growth while ensuring a high level of stability, equity and security.
Aware of the key role of Youth in the construction of a more humane and fairer world, the Crans Montana Forum wishes to respond appropriately to the aspirations of these young leaders by creating the Crans Montana Forum of New Leaders for Tomorrow.

This is a Community of young decision makers selected for their exceptional professional achievement and experience of Leadership in Business and Governments from Africa, the Arab World, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South America and the Far East.
Together, they form an active Community to address the main challenges of the 21st Century and promote South-South Cooperation. The New Leaders for Tomorrow benefit from the support of our Organization and a free access to all Forums and High Level Summits organized by the Crans Montana Forum.

Mr. Ilija Djugumanov was part of this Community where, among other, these issues and subjects were discussed: - The key to Economic Development in Africa and Emerging Countries Infrastructure financing - session supported by the Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy; - Accountability and articulation in addressing sport integrity and Governance – in partnership with UNESCO; - Balancing the role of major countries and smaller ones (Central to Eastern European states as a new World Power); - The influx of refugees and migrants in Central and Eastern Europe – in association with UNODC; - Improvement and coordination of natural resources; - Growth, regional cooperation and integration; - Enlarging the community of New Leaders from Central to Far – Eastern Europe; - Homeland and global security; - Improving business climate and attracting FDI; - The role of women in the national decision process; - Economic development, industrial investment, climate change and their impact; - Management of emergency situations; - Promotion of a global dialogue among Parliaments and religions; - The future of Silk Road countries.
Some of the high level speakers and guests at this forum were: Mr. Jean – Paul Carteron, Founder of the Crans Montana Forum, Mr. Filip Vujanovic, President of Montenegro, Mr. Bujar Nishani, President of Albania, and Mr. Stefan Fule, Former European Commissioner for Enlargement, Mr. Stjepan Mesic, Former President of Croatia, Mr. Michael Haupl, Mayor of Vienna, Mr. Lamberto Zannier, OSCE Secretary General, Mr. Jianzhong LU, Founding Chairman of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce, and many more.

At the closing ceremony, Mrs. Hakima El Haite, Minister of Environment of the Kingdom of Morocco presented Mr. Ilija Djugumanov with an award from the New Leaders of Tomorrow Program of the Crans Montana Forum.

With this achievement, Mr. Ilija Djugumanov becomes part of the company of some of the former participants of this Forum from Macedonia, such as H.E. Mr. Kiro Gligorov, Former President of Republic of Macedonia, H.E. Dr. Gorgje Ivanov President of Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Jovan Borozanov, Director of Development and Investment Makpetrol, Mr. Ilioski Kire, Ambassador, Mr. Osvit Rosoklija, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy to Austria, and more former and current Crans Montana representatives from our country.
