The Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia (EACM) in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Macedonia, The Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (NATO contact-point embassy), the British Embassy and the Embassy of the Republic of France to the Republic of Macedonia organized a public promotion of SMART DEFENCE – the New NATO Concept.

Stefanija Madzoska, member of the executive office of the YATA Macedonia was elected vice-president for communications in the Executive Board of YATA on the 57^th General Assembly of ATA that took place in Tirana from 14^th – 16^th November.

Lazar Elenovski, the President of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia was elected vice-president of the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA) on the 57-th General Assembly of the ATA that is taking place in Tirana, 14th -17th November 2011.

The 57^th General Assembly of the Atlantic Treaty Association will take place in Tirana, Albania from 14 to 16^th November.

“We want the name issue to be solved before Macedonia enters NATO. We rely on the efforts and discussions which are moderated by the UN” says the president of the ATA, president of the NATO parliamentary assembly and member of German Bundestag.

The President of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia, Lazar Elenovski on October 11th – 12th 2011, visited NATO and the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA).
